Effective 2 October 2026

Enterprise.Systems is a static showcase site, operated from Israel, for a portfolio of autonomous AI systems. This page explains — honestly and in proportion — the little we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU/UK GDPR and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.

01

What we collect

Almost nothing on this website. Browsing it sets no analytics, no advertising and no cross-site tracking. Two functional preferences are stored in your own browser: your language choice (an es-locale cookie) and your light or dark theme (an es-theme value in localStorage). We collect an email address only if you choose to submit the pre-launch interest form, and the assistant chat processes the messages you type only while you are using it. Separately, we send business emails about our products to people at companies — see “If we emailed you”.

02

What we do not do

On this website we do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, advertising pixels or any behavioural profiling. We set no marketing or tracking cookies, build no visitor profiles, and sell no data. Our business emails are different: they are sent with our email provider’s open and click tracking switched on, and every one of them carries a one-click opt-out link (see “If we emailed you”).

03

If we emailed you

We send business emails about our products to people at companies. The contact details come from business-data providers such as Explorium: name, job title, company, company website and domain, country, LinkedIn profile, company size and revenue band, and a work email address. To write the opening lines we may send your first name, job title, company and country to Anthropic’s language model. Resend delivers the emails and tells us whether each one was delivered or bounced; the emails are sent with open and click tracking switched on. We do not email people in Israel unless they have agreed to it. Outside Israel our legal basis is legitimate interest in telling companies about products relevant to them, and you can object at any time. Every email has a one-click opt-out link: it puts your address on our do-not-contact list, and we never email that address again.

04

Lawful basis

Under GDPR Article 6, our functional storage (language and theme) rests on legitimate interest in remembering your preferences; submitting the interest form is your consent; and answering you in the assistant chat is legitimate interest in helping you find the right system. You can withdraw consent for the interest list at any time — see Your rights.

05

Who we share it with

These sub-processors, and only when relevant. Cloudflare hosts the site and serves it at the edge, processing request metadata such as IP address to deliver pages and rate-limit abuse. Anthropic provides the language model behind the assistant chat and receives the messages you type there, only when you use the chat, under a no-training contract; it may also receive the few business details used to write a business email. Resend delivers our business emails. PayPal, Google and other names appear on this site only as descriptions of the individual products, which carry their own privacy policies.

06

How long we keep it

Your language and theme preferences stay in your browser until you clear them. Interest-form emails are kept until you ask us to remove you; nothing deletes them automatically today. The assistant chat is not stored as a transcript; only short-lived, per-IP counters used to rate-limit abuse are held briefly and then expire. Business-email contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them, and an opt-out is kept permanently so that we never email that address again.

07

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law you may request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of any personal data we hold about you — in practice, an interest-form email or a business-email contact record. Email [email protected] and we will act within the statutory time limits. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the EU your local Data Protection Authority, in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority.

08

Cookies and local storage

We use only strictly-functional storage: the es-locale cookie remembers your language, and the es-theme value in localStorage remembers your light or dark choice. Neither is used for tracking or advertising, so — consistent with the ePrivacy Directive exemption for strictly-necessary storage — this site shows no cookie-consent banner. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings.

09

Security in transit

All traffic to enterprise.systems is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3, terminated at Cloudflare's edge. As a static site with almost no personal data and no user accounts, the attack surface is intentionally minimal.

10

Contact

The data controller is Enterprise.Systems (Dror Sherzer), Israel. For any privacy question, or to exercise a right, email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your supervisory authority as described above.
